The devastating effects of Covid-19 were brought all too close to home last month when my Dad was taken ill, resulting in a 10 day hospital stay. Thankfully I can say that he’s one of the two thirds of hospitalised cases to have made a full recovery, but there were some very dark days. 

I credit the awe inspiring, selfless NHS workers for his miraculous recovery and if that’s not worth lopping off one of the few remaining things I have going for me and raising some money in the process, then I don’t know what is! Saturday 9th for the big reveal! Let’s do our best for the NHS as they do for us. Thank you.
