Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

At the end of April of this year I will be travelling to Tamil Nadu, in India to participate in an development program for three months. This is part of International Citizen Service (ICS), which brings young people together to fight poverty and make a difference where it is needed the most. I'll be working alongside volunteers from India, on a project that aims to Educate Peers on Livelihoods and Life Skill Issues, as well as Raise Awareness of the key issues that affect young people in the community. ICS works with communities that have specifically requested their help. It also aims to inspire young people in the UK and overseas to become active citizens who are passionate about long term community development.

I need to raise £1500 for Restless Development who are one of the respected development charities that deliver ICS. This will allow them to continue to bring about positive change in the developing communities where they work. You can check out their amazing work here: http://restlessdevelopment.org

I will be walking along Hadrian's Wall, as well as other activities. You can keep track on my Justgiving page. Any contribution from you will make a real difference to the lives of the people in developing countries, so please dig deep!

Thanks for your support!
