My wife, Rendi, and I have been married since 2007 and have three amazing children. We have a very active family life with most nights requiring multiple trips to different sporting events and other activities. We all enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible and are always up for any opportunity to stay active. As a general dentist, I have an opportunity to work on a mobile dental unit that provides dental care to students in the school districts surrounding Springfield.  Through this opportunity, I am constantly reminded of the challenges many families face in Southwest Missouri and how that can dramatically impact the lives of the children in those families.  The love for my family and passion for pediatric oral health is what motivates me both personally and professionally to support children in our community.

I am proud to support the efforts of the Child Advocacy Center which provides services to children giving them a voice to speak up against abuse. The average cost for providing services for one child through the Child Advocacy Center is $1000. Join me in raising $1000 and beating Dr. Stinson!

Since 1995, the Child Advocacy Center has been helping abused children begin their journey toward justice, healing and an end to their abuse. Our role in the community effort to protect area children is to provide a safe place for abused children to tell their story, and to bring partner agencies together to facilitate a coordinated investigation and a comprehensive response to each child abuse case.
