In 2023 we are raising money for Mencap, a charity passionate about changing the world for everyone with a learning disability.

We are taking on three separate events. 

1) On the 23rd April Louise is running the London Marathon.

2) On the 25th June we are both swimming the 5.25 mile length of Coniston Water.

3) Finally, in September Nick will be joining the Mencap Marvels in a relay swim across the English Channel.
