It is official...the 2020 CP Telethon season is upon us!  The annual CP Telethon is instrumental in raising funds to support CP's mission throughout the year. 

CP is a local 501c3 non-profit organization whose mission is to celebrate all abilities and unlock everyone's potential.  CP offers Adult Day Services to over 250 adults in the Green Bay, Fox Cities and Two Rivers communities.  In addition, we are the premier provider of pediatric occupational, speech and physical therapy services in the greater Green Bay area.  If you are interested in learning more about CP, please visit our website at www.wearecp.org.
