Me and my step brother, Mike, are doing a charity 10k road race on sunday for the action heart charity in kinver. Any donations will be greatly appreciated

After showing good pace in training runs and good run at the midlands road relays at sutton park, i may be able to win so any win bonus's will be great encouragement.

we're both already keen athletes but neither of us have ever done a 10k race before, a few 5ks maybe but never a 10k so we're both looking forward to the challenge.

Well done to mike who completed his first competitive half-marathon recently comfortably under his target time of 1:55 finishing in 1:47.
