I did this ride last year and it nearly broke me, but I managed to raise nearly £400 in the process.  This filled me with an enormous sense of pride knowing that I was able to help support the many doctors, nurses and research scientists in their quest to finally find a cure for this awful disease that so many people have been touched by.
