Sion and I took part in this cycling event, the Manchester 100, around ten years ago where we completed the 100 mile event. Not quite as fit as we used to be, we are again taking part in this event and riding the 100 km in support of The Christie. The Christie is an amazing charity which go above and beyond in providing care for cancer patients and they are involved in vital cancer research.
