Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. On the 8th of August 2010 I am going to attempt an Ironman distance triathlon in Nottingham which includes a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike ride and a 26 mile run. Unfortunately you are not allowed to take a year to complete it, it all has to be done on one day. As I hate wearing lycra even for 5 minutes let alone for around half the day it will hopefully take to complete I am hoping you will give generously to Cancer Research in sympathy of my plight (although I have enlisted the help of some cream they rub on cows udders to ease milking to get me through the bike ride - don't worry I won't be providing any details on which part of my body it will be applied to).
