In October I will be running The Royal Parks Half Marathon and I'm looking for your help to support a great cause. 

I am supporting my good friend Matheu Sullivan (Sully) and the fantastic charity Road Peace. Sadly, Sully lost his dad Jim in 2001 when he was hit by a car. Jim was the nicest bloke you could ever meet and a true legend. No one can put into words the true devastation of this event better than Matheu so please see his page for the full story:

Road Peace offers support to those affected by a road traffic collision; be it the victim or family and friends of the victims so please help me by supporting the amazing work done by this charity, so that other people who experience similar tragedies can get through it - as Sully has done going on to become a great man and a great father himself.
