Fundraising for Arthur Rank Hospice Charity
Story
Arthur Rank Hospice is a charity that I have supported for a number of years and previously raised funds in 2016 by participating in the London Ride 100 cycling sportif. In June of this year, I will be taking part in a London to Paris cycle ride once again wearing Arthur Rank colours. This a challenge that starts in Greenwich Park and finishes underneath the Eiffel Tower in Paris and over 4 days I will cover 435km and have to cope with over 800m of ascents on each day. Coming from Fenland, I’m not used to hills so that’ll be interesting….
Arthur Rank provides palliative care for adults and last year year provided incredible care, support, love and advice for my partner and her family during the final days of her mothers’ life. I am therefore keen to raise funds for Arthur Rank in the memory of Mrs Carroll Campey, a truly wonderful lady who touched the lives of all who knew her. Your donation, large or small, will help Arthur Rank to continue to provide their invaluable support to adults and their loved ones when they need it most.
