I am always looking for new challenges and wanted to try something out of my comfort zone with never done a triathlon before so I will be running Ironman 70.3 Swansea with the aim to do a full Ironman next year (2024)  for a great cause. I am raising money for SSAFA Wales, the Armed Forces charity has been providing lifelong support to our Forces and their families since 1885. Last year our teams of volunteers and employees helped more than 79,500 people in need, from Second World War veterans to young men and women who have served in more recent conflicts, and their families.
