Story

As we all find ourselves in more lockdowns and ongoing restrictions, every day seems to start early and finish late. The working day seems to be a series of events that roll into each other, with very little or nearly no breaks. I love my job but meetings, calls and tasks regularly roll into each other and the day just seems to disappear.

I’ve decide to challenge myself that in the month of March at 12.30, daily - Monday to Friday, I try my best to escape from my desk and do between 30 to 60 minutes of running and get some “Headspace”. If for any reason I miss the 12.30 to 1.30 slot, it’s not counted, I have to wait till the next day!!

How many KM can I achieved in a max of 23 day and up to 23 hrs in the month of March?

All or any donations welcome, even if want to just do a few cent or pennies per km, happy to take that pledge too.. I can use this keep me going and try to clock up the Kilometres.

Thanks in advance..
