I am running the Berlin Marathon on 30th September and hope to raise a bit of money for charity at the same time.

The charity I have chosen is a really worthy cause - I am a keen believer in the benefit of sport in life, and this charity encourages and facilitates disabled young people to take it up.  The Paralympics has showm how inspirational the results can be.  The charity is supported by Seb Coe(president), and also David Weir and Tanni Grey-Thompson (vice-presidents).
