Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page for raising money for the Myasthenia Gravis Association (http://www.mgauk.org/).

The what?!... Myasthenia Gravis is an auto-immune disease which is characterized by fluctuating, sometimes fatal, muscle weakness. The MGA is an organisation that raises funds for research, education and patient care. Why raise money for them? Well, my colleague and friend Tony has a cute little daughter named Isabella who has this disease and the whole family has really been put under a huge strain looking after her (luckily she's worth it). So, a group of us at work decided that we'd do some bike rides and raise money for the MGA and perhaps it would impact Isabella's health in a positive way in the future. The first bike ride is this one: The London Bikeathon 2010. It's a 50 mile ride.
