Last year, my friend Colin died suddenly from Sudden Adult Death Syndrome, leaving behind his wife, two young daughters and many many friends..

In his memory, I'm running the Edinburgh half marathon with other friends and relatives of Colin. Its a special occassion, as Colin would have turned 40 on this very day.

I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation who do some great work supporting those suffering or close to those with heart related problems.
