Guys, as some of you may know I'm taking part in a 100k ultra marathon the weekend of the 14th July. The event is race to the stones held down in Oxfordshire the route takes us along the oldest ridgeway in the UK it's a beautiful place.. 😬😲🤢 I'm Sure I've had a knock on the head.. Lol.. I am wanting to help raise money for the North West Air ambulance, they are a non funded charity that is used so much and has helped alot of people I know over the years So I want to say Thankyou and help give a little back.. Please help me get more motivated with the training and raise some donations to these awesome guys.. Cheers everyone.. One thing is I'll save on nail varnish for the toes after the event as I'll probably loose them all. Haha..
