Smile for Life Chilldren's Charity is very special to myself and my family.  This charity does amazing things for  disabled and disadvantaged children in the North East.   They have supported and  encouraged my friend Cole  in so many ways.  He has been given some fantastic opportunities that have  given him confidence, and helped him to  build life skills.  

Cole is  Autistic  and has Learning disabilities and without the help and support he has from Smile for Life he would not have met so many other young adults each with their own individual needs.  They have been given opportunities that they would never have  had the confidence, to attempt never mind achieve, without the full support of   Smile for Life staff and volunteers. 

Cole, is now a Young Ambassador for Smile for Life.  He has  recently visited  Norway and  Spain and been away from his normal surroundings and  comforts, and his Mam.  Which in itself is a massive challenge to Cole who needs his  regular routines and a stable environment to keep him in his comfort zone and eliminate any stress or anxieties. 

I want to complete this Marathon and raise more money to enable Smile for Life to continue to help and support me local children and  Cole and all his friends in the future.
