I am taking part in the Great South Run this year to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society.

The Alzheimer's Society supports people with dementia and funds important research to provide the necessary help and hope for the future, for those suffering and their families. It is a really good cause and any support you can give would be fantastic!

I am not a sporty person, I may not make it to the finish line and in truth i actually dislike running! None of this should stop you donating your money to this cause!

If you want a laugh come down to Southsea and watch but make sure you pledge some funds first!
