Our challenge is to walk the course of the river Severn following the Severn Way Path. This Starts from the source of the river in Plynlimon, Wales to the river mouth in Bristol.

We shall be passing through,Llanidloes, Newtown, Welshpool, Shrewsbury, Ironbridge, Worcester, Tweksbury, Gloucester and Bristol.

We Shall aim to complete the 22O MILES IN 10 DAYS BETWEEN THE 1ST AND 10TH AUGUST 2013

The British Heart Foundation is a charity which we can all relate too, all off us know someone or have lost loved ones to forms of heart disease....

The BHF is a cause close to the lads hearts, as sadly a friends father died from a heart attack and soon after Nic's father survived an attack...

Therefore every single penny we raise will be very much appreciated as it will help raise awareness of heart related issues and help fund the BHF so they can contiue to do the amazing work which they do.
