When the oppurtunity for the trek arose, I wanted to do it straight away, and when I heard that I could choose the charity, I knew almost immediately that I would choose Send A Cow. This is because Send A Cow is a charity very close to my family, as my grandfather was one of the founding farmers, and I know how great the work they do is. 

The trek is in February 2013, and using a carefully planned itinary; we reach the summit on the 8th day of the trek.
