Story
Niamh Noade is a Lislea-born singer and harpist, who is set to launch her NEW CD in aid of Cancer Fund for Children.
The South Armagh school girl, who is a pupil at St. Paul’s High School, Newry, competed last year in the UK-wide singing contest, TeenStar for the chance to receive one-on-one mentoring from music and entertainment industry heavyweights such as Carrie Grant and Julie Miles.
Beating over 1,000 other contestants to the top through a public online vote, Niamh flew to London to record her music at the famous Audiohaus recording studios that have welcomed the likes of Jess Glynn, Sugababes and The Stone Roses.
Among the collection of songs on her new CD, Niamh has included two self-penned songs, ‘Missing You’ and ‘Friendships’.
On Saturday 20th November, both tracks will be released with proceeds going to the Cancer Fund for Children.
