Story

Hello friends

Thanks  for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Why the Princess Alice Hospice?

  • I will be doing a September Swim  in the Serpentine  in memory of my mother-in-law Janet Parsons who passed away at the hospice a number of years ago
  • My friend and lovely father-in-law Norman (the  hospice used his story in their annual report, picture above)  is also receiving care from Princess Alice at the moment
  • I will be swimming with a friend of mine Ian McFadden,  who’s very dear wife Sarah passed away at the hospice last year. Ian and I are doing some preparation training together at the lake at Shepperton Open Water Swim.

The Princess Alice Hospice like many other hospices is such a magical place,  full of passionate and caring staff and volunteers who continue to help so many people when they need it most. If you can spare a few quid please do give generously.
