Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. As you are all aware Hawys was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease stage 5 on 11 December 2020.  As you can imagine this turned our lives upside down as a whole family trying to cope with the sudden news.  It's also been a very emotional time and walking helped me personally whilst down in Cardiff but you also all know I have the love for cycling.  I've therefore chosen 3 charities as Noah's Ark saved Hawys's life, Kidney Wales continue to monitor her recovery, adapting home dialysis and preparing her for future organ transplant.  Lastly but not least Ronald Mcdonald House Cardiff for providing my family a safe place to stay near the hospital as we live over a 100 miles away.
