We are fundraising for Prostate Cancer UK by taking part in Football to Amsterdam 2020, a 210-mile cycling event to Amsterdam.

Day 1. The City Ground, Nottingham to Hillsborough Stadium.

Day 2.  We cycle from Hillborough to Hull Kingston Rovers.

Day 3. After the overnight ferry to Rotterdam, we head for to Ajax’s Johann Cruyff Arena.

Our team consists of a wide variety of riders, including ex-professional footballers, a radio DJ/stadium announcer, a decorator who just can’t sit still and a rider who has told his wife (for the 3rd time) that this year will be the last time he does it!!

We all have two common goals though. Our love of the beautiful game, and more importantly, a desire to stop prostate cancer being a killer.

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men the UK, affecting 1 in 8 of us. The disease kills 1 man every 45 minutes meaning we lose 2 fathers, brothers, uncles or friends during 1 football match.

Please help us raise vital funds for Prostate Cancer UK to improve quicker diagnosis, treatment, prevention and full support for cancer sufferers.
