30 people, 300km, £30,000 for Race Against Hunger

At NewRiver we have been supporting the Trussell Trust since
2019, donating over £275,000 and raising awareness of the Trussell Trust's
vision for a UK without the need for food banks.

This summer we will be donning our running shoes as we Race
Against Hunger – taking a 10k route around the iconic Kensington Gardens in
London.

The 30+ strong NewRiver team have committed to run, and
collectively will cover over 300km in a bid to raise £30,000 for the Trussell
Trust.

We share the Trussell Trust's belief that no one should have
to use a food bank just to get by. That’s why we are supporting the Trussell
Trust and their hard work towards a just, compassionate future, to end the need
for food banks in the UK.

We know the Trussell Trust's vision is ambitious, but if we
all work together it is possible. The same can be said for our fundraising
target, we know we’re being ambitious but we know with the support of our
advisors, partners, suppliers, friends and family, a little can go a long way.
