I will be running in the 2024 London Marathon next April for Crohns and Colitis UK (CCUK).

Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis are Inflammatory Bowel Diseases. They can cause painful sores / ulcers and inflammation / swelling in your gut. There is no known cure for this debilitating disease.  

By running the marathon I’ll be raising money to spread awareness of CCUK, to support those affected and for the research of treatments.

Crohns and Colitis UK is close to me, my family and friends. I have lost an uncle to the disease, my brother was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis in 2020 and my cousin and friend also suffer. We have seen how much it can impact on that individuals life and the family around them.
