Story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page.

Our dad, Derek Langley passed away a year ago this May and to celebrate his life we have decided to slip into our cycling shorts and attempt to cycle the 70 miles between his two home towns of Newbury and Croydon. Our other brother Dave has come up with the excuse 'I live in America' so Colin (another Palace fan) has agreed to join us.

As none of us have ever cycled such a distance before, Saturday 7th June should be an interesting day as we struggle to cycle from Newbury to South London Harriers (dad's running club) in Coulsdon.

We would like to raise money for Newbury Crossroads who provided our mum with invaluable respite care during dad's long illness. It meant that mum had the energy to care for dad in their own home and your donations will mean that other families will benefit in the same way as the Langley family.

Up the Palace!

Cheers

Nick , Col , Keith , Pete and Ian .
