Story
New Quay RNLI Lifeboat Station needs your help!
As a charity, the RNLI depends on your donations so it can go on saving lives and keep us and our loved ones safe, but in a covid-19 world, those precious donations have significantly diminished.
The stunning coastline of Cardigan Bay in West Wales is enjoyed by millions of people from across the UK every year. But the water remains an unpredictable environment that can catch people out. People will always need our help and we will always be there to answer that call
Our brave Lifeboat crews in New Quay provide 24 hour search and rescue services around the Cardigan Bay area, and are always available to respond to those whose lives maybe in danger at sea.
The New Quay Lifeboat is manned by crews who are volunteers, they are dedicated and willingly give their time and energy to help save lives, sometimes in the middle of the night and sometimes in rough brutally cold winter seas.
Keeping New Quay Lifeboats maintained, fuelled and ever ready to go to the rescue is expensive, and we rely entirely on voluntary donations to ensure this service is maintained. Add to that crew training and kit and the costs begin to mount up. But in New Quay over the last 12 months, because of Covid-19, we havent been able to fundraise which helps to keep our lifeboats fully operational.
We rely on donations from YOU the public, to continue savings lives at sea in Cardigan Bay - your donations to this page will importantly help support the running of New Quay Lifeboat Station.
Please support us if you can, every little helps!.
Thank You
