Earlier on this year I took part in the London to Brighton Bike Ride (and yes, I did push my bike up the Ditchling Beacon like most other riders!).  That one was for me, to prove I could do it. 

 This time it is for Macmillan.  As I and countless others know they are "The Real Deal".    

   So please give them lots of help.
