Story
***UPDATE***
Due to being hit by a car I will no longer be able to complete this event. Please do not sponsor me.
G: Hello I'm Gabriel,
C: I'm Cleo, and we are twins born November 17th last year. Our Dad Neville is going to do a sponsored ride called the Nightrider raising money for TAMBA, the Twins and Multiple Birth Association.
G: The Nightrider is a 60mile ride around London starting at midnight on the 9th of June at Crystal Palace Park and going until dawn on the 10th.
C: We've been making sure he's used to doing lots with very little sleep, but even so this could be a challenge for him.
G: We find that the best strategy is to let the other one go to sleep, wait half an hour, and then shout very loudly for no obvious reason.
C: TAMBA is a charity set up by parents of twins, triplets and higher multiples and interested professionals. Their campaigns, research and support services directly help thousands of parents and professionals meet the unique challenges that multiple birth families face. And this is their website http://www.tamba.org.uk/ (whatever a website is).
G: They've been a big help to Mum and Dad, although we're not sure how because we are so easy to look after, well behaved and perfect in every way.
C: Well you smell a bit funny sometimes...
G: Well you shout a lot for no reason at all...
C: Well I'm the oldest...
G: And I'm the biggest...
C: Anyway, if you can spare any amount of money no matter how big or small please consider sponsoring our Dad (deadline extended!).
G: And if not, wish him luck anyway, he might need it to avoid falling asleep at the, er... handlebars.
C: In the meantime we'll keep working on his sleep resistance.
G: You know I'm a bit hungry after all this writing...
C: And you're starting to smell a bit funny again too... DAD!!!!
