Story

In a little over a month I will be celebrating my 40th birthday and my third year away from an abusive relationship. I honestly did not think I would be alive to see this day. This year, to celebrate, I am fundraising for the Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center, an organization that has helped me work on healing and moving forward in a positive direction in my life.

On October 3rd, my family and I will be participating in the Center's Annual Walk Against Domestic Violence. As a survivor of domestic violence and the mother of two small boys, I am excited to walk with my children and help them understand the importance of ending domestic violence in our communities.

Please consider joining me and my family on October 3 to support this essential organization. You can register for the walk here: https://jeannegeigercrisiscenter.org/events/annual-walk-against-domestic-violence/

If you can't join us, please consider donating to my fundraising campaign. Every little bit helps! Thank you for your support as we walk to end domestic violence.
