Dear friends,

in October this year, Lauren and Gavin will be hiking the herculean heights of the Himalayas for Paul Sartori Foundation, our local palliative care charity.

We have covered the cost of the trip ourselves, so any funds received will directly and totally benefit the charity.

Paul Sartori Foundation is Pembrokeshire's only 'Hospice at Home' care service. It helps enable people in their last stages of a terminal illness to spend their final days at home with their loved ones in dignity and peace. Three-quarters of their funding comes from the Pembrokeshire community through generous donations and fundraising efforts such as this.

So we have 3 massive challenges ahead of us...

1) we must raise £5,600

2) we have to get fit (perhaps the biggest challenge)

3) we must put the money where our mouths are and trek those big boys.

All we ask is that you kindly help us with the first of those challenges. Paul Sartori hope to raise over £40,000 in total!
