I'm honoured to be running the 2021 London Marathon for Alzheimer's Research UK (ARUK) in memory of my dear old Dad. In the later stages of his life, he suffered with Alzheimer's and it is my privilege to run for ARUK and raise much-needed funds for vital research into this disease.

I have a number of good friends who have lost close family members and, indeed, some who are currently suffering from this disease - I'm running for them all.
