THANKS FOR CLICKING THE LINK!!
In support of the charity Leukaemia Research I ran the Stockholm Half-Marathon on Saturday 6th September. I completed the race in 1h43min19s, which I am very pleased with given the terrible weather and amount of surface water I had to jump over. My official results are at:

This page will continue to accept donations for some time yet and I'd be delighted if you could sponsor me. Your donation WILL make a difference.
A few facts about blood cancers:
Blood cancers are the main cause of death in people under the age of 35 in the UK, but people of any age can be affected. Each year in the UK alone, 24,500 people will be diagnosed with a blood cancer, with leukaemia being the most common cancer of children. There are currently well over 100,000 people living with blood cancers in the UK and they all deserve a more certain and brighter future.
Thankfully treatment and survival are improving all the time with 80% of children now surviving leukaemia, but this is only possible due to cutting edge research.
Where your sponorship money will go:
Leukaemia Research provides more than £20 million each year to fund world-class research into blood cancers in the UK. The aim is to understand the events that trigger cells to become cancerous, improve diagnosis and develop more effective treatments with fewer side-effects.
To maintain this flow of funding for such vital research Leukaemia Research relies entirely on the generosity of the general public.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Leukaemia Research gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor me now!
