Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In April 2013, I undertook a personal challenge to walk the length of the Thames, one of the world's most famous rivers, from its source in rural Gloucestershire to the Thames Barrier in East London, a distance of some 184 miles. This I did in 15 days!
By undertaking this challenge, I aimed raise £7,500 for Macmillan Cancer Support, a phenomenal charity that offers help and support to those living with Cancer.
This walk was dedicated to the memory two special friends, Mark Grainger who passed in August 2009, aged 41 and Stephen Fothergill, who passed in March 2011, aged 38.
If you or someone you know has been effected by cancer, chances are that you have already experienced Macmillan's phenomenal work. By donating to my walk, you are helping those living with cancer today!
