So here I am again - dragging my overweight body round 10k of Watford Parkland.  As an added personal target I am trying to complete the distance in less minutes than my age in years.  Both will remain secret - other than to confirm I did it.  So please support my wife Mary and her colleagues working with people with learning disabilities.
