Story

I've joined #TeamStroke to run in the Simplyhealth Great North Run 2019.There are currently over 1.2 million stroke survivors in the UK with 100,000 strokes happening in the UK each year. Thats one stroke every five minutes. The Stroke Association are the UKs leading charity dedicated to conquering stroke. They rely upon fundraising to provide vital services, campaign for better stroke care and to find better treatments.Even though you are now twice as likely to survive a stroke compared to 20 years ago, stroke is still the fourth single largest cause of death in the UK. In memory of the recently deceased MD Kenneth Britner, Springfield Mobile Lancs Ltd are doing a series of events to raise money, from parachute jumps to half marathons, so please give generously
