I'm raising funds for Kidney Wales for my brother-in-law Brian who has been suffering with kidney problems for as long as I've known him.

I retired (well almost retired) last year and promised Brian I would join him for the 2017 Kidney Wales 10K in Cardiff on 3 September. I've been training hard and from a slow start last year I am now looking forward to running  the 10k with Brian. I've had enormous help through my chief supporter - my wife Carol (who will have to take over the delivery of the jelly babies for the 10k this year) - and my wonderful family and friends. I'm very proud to be raising funds for such a worthy cause.
