We are the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) and we're leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.

Story

I thought I was bravely signing up to run 10km, the furthest I've run in over 15 years.

I then found out I've actually signed up to run 10 MILES, an extra 60% further!!!

I've been putting in the training for 5 months. When I originally started fundraising in August I still hadn't managed more than 5.5km (only 1/3 of the distance). I've now managed to get to nearly 8km, but that's still only half way!

Please make my pain worthwhile by sponsoring me to raise money for the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM).

CALM is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.

Anyone can hit crisis point. CALM run a free and confidential helpline and webchat 7 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone who needs to talk about life's problems.
