Neil's 150 miles in 30 days For PCA

I am undertaking this challenge in memory of my father, Maurice (Mo) Jeffery, who was born on 5th November 1933, and who sadly died from pancreatic cancer on 23rd September 1989.
This hideous disease robbed my children, my niece and my nephew the chance to have another grandfather. It kills far too many people in this country because diagnosis can occur far too late for any potentially life-saving or even life-prolonging treatment.
It is therefore my target to walk the equivalent of 150 miles (the same distance as Oxford to York) during the month of November, which is Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month. This is the equivalent of around
310515 steps, or an average of 10350 steps per day, every day, for 30 days. For someone who is very fit this would be a breeze, but for a 53 year-old who has had bypass surgery after a heart attack it's doable, but definitely not easy.
I hope you will be able to support me in this venture.
