Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
A big Thank You to all of those that have supported me in past years, your donations are greatly appreciated.
Same bike, same helmet , different route, same challenge.
The Riders Branch of The Royal British Legion (RBLR) is organising a sponsored 24 hour, 1,000 mile motorcycle endurance ride.
On Saturday 25th June 2016 along with 100+ other Bikers I will be doing my bit to help raise money for veterans and their families who need our support.
The ride starts at Squires Cafe, Leeds. I will be riding the Southern anti clockwise route starting at 5:00 am (ish).
Main points are, Leeds, Bangor,Haverfordwest, Exeter, Brighton,Lowestoft and back to Leeds. Then just to round it off I will ride home, another 200 miles :)
I rode the same route last year but clockwise, just hope I don't get lost in Wales again. Hoping for good weather this year, rained most years, so due a dry one.
My aim is to complete the 1,000 mile ride in around 20 hours.
