On 6th December 2009 I'll be doing my first international triathlon race in Phuket, Thailand - it's a 1.8km swim, 55km cycle and 12km run, which I am hoping to complete in anything less than 3 hours 30 minutes.  This is in honour of my lifelong friend, Wayne Sharp, who tragically lost his wife to cancer, aged just just 28 - Sharpy - this one's for you mate.

*9/12/09 - update* I completed the race in 3hrs, 9 minutes, and 25 seconds!!! - a few photographs will be added when they come through.
