Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Aegis Trusts' Walk for Peace initiative for Kenya is to set up a school for Peace in the North Rift Valley in Kenya. Aegis have been invited by the Kenyans who are keen to see peace in the North Rift Valley which has seen hundreds killed and hundreds of thousands displaced from their homes in recent violence. Having seen the success of the genocide education programme in Rwanda the Kenyans are anxious to see this established in the troubled area of the North Rift Valley to bring peace and hope to Kenya.

I am walking 10K to raise funds, to play a part in seeing this initiative become a reality.
