As part of our social action week with NCS we are thrilled to be working with the charity Young Epilepsy to raise money and awareness for those with the condition. We are achieving this by doing a sponsored walk and also holding a bake sale next Thursday, 1st August, 11am-4pm at Potters Bar in Meir Park, ST3 7TW. 

We have chosen this charity because we recognise that not everyone knows what epilepsy is or how to help someone having a seizure. The money we raise will help to fund research.

We hope that by raising awareness about the condition, we can help to remove the stigma around epilepsy and make sure that everyone knows how to safely help someone who is having a seizure.
