Story
Dear Friends, God willing on Saturday 26th August 2017 I and my close friend's 15 year old son Sufyaan Bashir will be attempting the gruelling (and crazy) challenge of attempting to Climb the 3 highest peaks in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike) & Wales (Mount Snowdon) in just 24 HOURS!
All the money raised (100% DONATION POLICY) will be equally split 50-50 and go towards the following 2 Projects:
Food Parcels for Syria - £20 will provide one food parcel inside war ravaged Syria to the internally displaced Syrian refugees. The situation is so bad that people have been known to eat grass and dead animals to survive due to the on-going civil war which shows no sign of ending.
Water for Gaza (Palestine) - will go towards Desalination Plants that purify sea water. £83 per day will provide 50,000 litres of clean water for 70,000 Palestinians.
SKT Welfare does not outsource it's work ensuring the money you give will actually fully go towards the cause.
I have personally worked with the charity and observed their transparent approach having witnessed on my 4 humanitarian aid trips to the Turkish/Syrian border region in recent years.
Completing the Challenge and travel will be SELF-FUNDED ensuring not even a single penny will come out of your donations.
Please help us to help the Syrians and Palestinians who are in dire need of food and water - commodoties we take for granted. Your donations will provide the above and ease their suffering during their difficult day to day struggles.
As per my personal transparency I will keep you all updated of my progress and have raised with YOUR SUPPORT raised over £120,000 for humanitarian causes in the last 11 years.
Many thanks for your kind on-going support, I can only do this with your support. God bless you all. Ameen
