Story
Bismillah....
Once again I have been given an opportunity to go back out to Lebanon to help the Syrian refugees In time for Ramadan in sha Allah.
Most of you know it's been less than 4 weeks since i returned from Lebanon and I can't explain how awful and heartbreaking the situation is out there. I saw children walking around barefooted in freezing conditions - no hats, no coats absolutely nothing!
Since ive been back my soul feels lost! I promised myself i woud return and keep returning until Allah wills.
This time round I will be accompanied by my Daughter Raikah in sha Allah. This will be her first deployment. please guys continue giving and let's make Ramadan a little easier for our brothers and sisters ❤️
We will be travelling to Lebanon to work with TEAMMC again and help the vulnerable children and people of Lebanon. Any donations will be highly appreciated and will essentially change a life. As people with the power and ability to make a change, it’s our duty to remind them they haven’t been forgotten and the world is behind them.
We and TEAMMC volunteers will be on the grounds to help support those in need in Lebanon. We will be distributing aid in refugee camps, visiting and supporting a school and meeting orphans that we sponsor as part of the trip. We will also be building new shelters for families ( £1000 per shelter - Zakah eligible ) as well as Distributing food packs ( £50- Zakah eligible) and winter aid.
Background info about the cause:
The Syrian civil war has resulted in conflict and violence. Millions of innocent people have been caught up in a fight that is not their own, causing devastating consequences and changing blameless lives forever. The most vulnerable members of society are at the greatest risk women, children, and the elderly. The ongoing crisis has left millions of Syrians with no choice but to flee their families and their homes, with millions more displaced and left to fend for their lives. Since the onset of the Syrian civil in March 2011, over one million Syrian refugees have fled to Lebanon.Muslim Charity has been active on the ground in Lebanon since the conflict started.
You guys have never ceased to Amaze me with your generosity ❤ once Again let's unite and ease the burdens of our fellow brothers and sisters.
