Losing my mother was the worst day of my life. I miss her sorely. Thanks to the support of my friends I have been able to cope during this difficult time. Now they are literally helping me be her legacy by supporting me in raising money for charity in her memory.
Hemisha Amin, Shahbaz Malik, Tabassum Malik, Sanjay Pawar and Shalini Solanki will be joining me to do a sky dive on the 1st of June! I'm not sure if we should be excited or petrified at the thought of jumping out of a plane, however I keep reminding myself it's for a good cause.
My mother was a dialysis patient and so I have chosen the West London Kidney Patients Association as the charity organisation to support. Starting dialysis is a life changing event; I have nothing but praise for the staff at the Hammersmith and Northwick Park Hospital who made this transition easier for my mum.
In memory of all of the help and support they gave my Mum and for the amazing work they continue to do, I would sincerely appreciate your support by donating as much as you are able.
I pray that God blesses my mother with the reward of any benefit the money raises. I hope that whatever we can raise together can help those in need. Thank you!
