Running the London Marathon for charity is something I have been thinking about for some years, so am very excited about this!

The money raised .....Helps Phab to provide much needed places on their unique Phabkids weeks for youngsters with a range of disabilities and complex needs, enabling them to experience and enjoy greater independence and freedom.

For nearly 60 years the Phab charity has encouraged and supported children and adults with and without disabilities to make more of life together.

During 2015 they are providing the opportunity for even more children and young people to attend than ever before.  Over 160 children and young people aged 8 to 25, most of them with disabilities or disadvantaged in some way and many away from home for the first time, are taking part in our programme of nine challenging and fun residential projects at accessible outdoor activity centres around the country.
