Nautical Nurses Atlantic Rowing 2007, 13 November 2006
We help the hospital offer a better future to seriously ill children across the UK

Story

December the 2nd 2006 saw our 12 month countdown until the start of our rowing challenge!

We'll be leaving La Gomera and heading towards Antigua in a 23 ft rowing boat! We've never rowed before but we're determined!

All our money will go towards metabolic medicine research in the hospital. This is an area that we both work in and feel very passionate about raising everyone's awareness about this disease area.

We know it seems too far away to believe at the moment ... but time will fly by, so with a boat to be built and the skill of rowing to be mastered - we best be off!

If you're ever down near Hayling Island Sailing Club - keep an eye out for us... thanks to their great support - that's where we'll be training!

Please sponsor us!

Many thanks for your support.

Herdip and Elin
